Oak Crest Independent Living and Wellness Center

Irving Construction is currently building a 3 story 72,000 s/f structural concrete building for Oak Crest Independent Living and Wellness Center which includes: 24 indoor parking spots, a café, 24 luxury living units, radiant in-floor heating, with a 10,000 s/f Wellness Center. The Wellness Center includes an indoor swimming pool, hydrotherapy spa, locker rooms, fitness center and massage therapy. The $17.0 million project is scheduled for occupancy in the fall of 2016.
